Europe River Cruise Ships
Our Europe river cruises offer delightful ships with the amenities you expect. You

The Europe river cruises include ships like the
MS Der Kleine Prinz cruising the Danube or the
River Ambassador through the heart of Europe. Our ships were specifically
designed for cruising the unique lakes, rivers and canals of the inland waterways
and therefore share identical characteristics.
Accommodations
The cabins on our Europe river cruises will offer private bathrooms with a toilet,
shower, sink, individual air control and a radio. On select programs and ships there
are picture windows with views of the passing countryside. When choosing your deck
please note if you choose to upgrade to a higher deck the price for the cabin usually
increases.
Breakfast will vary from eggs to hot dogs to porridge and cereal. Lunches, usually
the biggest meal of the day, will consist of cold appetizers or salads, soup, a
main dish of meat, chicken or fish and fruit or dessert. Dinners usually feature
cold appetizers, a main course and fruit or dessert.
Shore Excursions
All shore excursions on our Europe river cruises are included in the price of the
package. If the stop is in an inhabited city, a half day walking or bus tour is
included, Cruise Directors and local English speaking guides are also included.
If an entrance fee is required that will also be included.
On some itineraries we also feature "green stops". These are made along the route
at uninhabited beaches, islands, or tiny villages. While these are made for technical
reasons (lock schedules, etc.) we turn them into playful events by arranging typical
Shashlick barbecues or talent contests or similar, with wine and entertainment included.
On board Activities
While on one of our Europe river cruises, amid the different cities you will be
visiting, our Cruise Directors arrange many different activities on board that you
can chose to participate in. There are dance lessons, lectures on local history
and modern day life, bingo games with attractive prizes and the most popular of
all, our Neptune Parties and Talent shows where all the passengers are able to participate
and "strut" their stuff.
However, if rest and relaxation is your preference, we will be pleased to provide
you with a good book from our small library, find you a nice quiet spot on deck,
tuck you in a chair with comfortable blankets and let you enjoy the relaxation you
are seeking.
Entertainment
In addition to entertainment functions provided in different cities along the route,
from folklore shows to classical musical concerts, our ships provide daily entertainment
with live bands playing nightly in the entertainment lounge, piano bars with music,
and other entertainment such as choir concerts and folklore shows put on by our
on board entertainment troupes. Entertainment will vary based on which Europe river
cruise you select.
And if that's not enough, visits to the major opera and ballet houses such as the
Bolshioi and Kirov will happily be arranged for those interested and will be offered
on an optional basis for purchase on board through our staff.
